Go to jpay.com and sign up for an account. Search for Charles using the state he is in (Texas) and his inmate number (999109). When his name and Jpay identification number appear, click to highlight it; that should take you to a page where you can make an account. Two important points:

• With Jpay, you buy 'email stamps' which are comparable in price to traditional postage stamps. Ex: 5 stamps cost $2.35.
• Charles can only reply to you via regular mail at this time so please include your physical mail address if you want a reply. Your email to Charles is actually printed out by prison personnel and given to Charles since is not allowed internet access or a computer at this time.
